AccidentsIf you have been injured as a result of someone else's negligence, accident or mistake, we can help you get the recovery you deserve for your monetary losses, as well as pain and suffering. Whatever the cause of the accident, automobile, slip and fall, work place or other injury, we would be pleased to review the details of your claim. There is no fee unless you win. While your case is being processed, please remember to call us at regular intervals and let us know your status. Here are some suggestions that we hope you will find helpful: PRESERVE EVIDENCE IN YOUR POSSESSION - Save any physical objects that have or may have a bearing on your case, such as braces, cast supports or traction devices that were prescribed because of the accident; shoes you were wearing on the day of a fall down accident; clothes that were damaged. Keep these items in your possession, even after you have discontinued using them. FORWARD ALL BILLS - As frequently as possible, please send us any bills or statements you receive that may be related to the accident. * NOTIFY US OF CHANGE OF ADDRESS OR TELEPHONE - Please keep us informed of your correct address and telephone number (including temporary changes). It may be necessary to reach you quickly. INFORM US OF ANY SIGNIFICANT DEVELOPMENTS - Let us know of any significant developments, including hospitalization, referral to another doctor, surgery, involvement in another accident and discharge from treatment by your doctor(s). WATCH WHAT YOU SAY! - Remember, "Everything you say may be used as evidence against you." Please do not give information to ANYONE, except your doctor(s), without first reviewing these matters with us. KEEP GOING TO THE DOCTOR(S) - This is very important. Follow your doctor's instructions and treatment and do not stop seeing your doctor(s) until discharged from further treatment. FAILURE TO OBSERVE THIS MAY ADVERSELY AFFECT YOUR CASE! KEEP A DIARY - As soon as possible, obtain a calendar or diary. Each day note on your calendar your medical progress (how you feel that day, including any complaints, e.g., "pain in left arm") as well as the doctor or therapists you see that day and any medication prescribed. Also, note any days that you are absent from work. |
